Maree is a great believer in promoting regular, suitable exercise as a form of pain management for all, empowering patients to manage their own injuries and find forms of movement that they enjoy! Whether the patient is post-op or has a general foot and ankle injury, Maree aims to provide the utmost support in achieving rehab goals through not only exercise and education, but also a variety of hands-on techniques.
Maree has broadened her foot and ankle knowledge by working with young athletes in a high-performance space at the Rowville Sports Academy, treating athletes from a variety of different sports including AFL, soccer, basketball, netball, tennis, golf and volleyball. Maree is also the head physio for the Scoresby Football Club, keeping her particularly involved in her love for footy.
Maree enjoys treating patients across the lifespan, running Pilates and water-based exercise classes and managing injuries/pain in the residents of a local retirement village. In her spare time, Maree enjoys road and trail running with friends, sparking a keen interest in running-related injuries.
