Nick completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours at Monash University in 2012. Nick has continued his professional development across his career and is set to graduate from the Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at Latrobe University in early 2020.
Alongside an extensive history working in private practice, Nick has had held a number of roles at various sporting organisations, including Dandenong City Soccer Club and Rowville Sports Academy. Currently, Nick holds a dual role at the Western Bulldogs Football Club, where he is the rehabilitation physiotherapist to the VFL squad (Footscray FC) as well as an assistant physiotherapist in the AFL program. This experience has been critical in his ability to treat, assess and manage both acute and subacute conditions.
Nick has considerable experience in the use of exercise for rehabilitation and performance enhancement, particularly post operatively. He has a passion for assisting patients and athletes with a variety of musculoskeletal pain problems and injuries, particularly those which relate to the lower limb.
He is also a part-time academic at Monash University, assisting to teach the Physiotherapy curriculum, with ambitions to design and conduct a research project investigating persistent restrictions in foot and ankle mobility after surgical intervention.
On a personal level, Nick loves Aussie Rules and manages to pull the boots on from time to time, although he frequents the golf course more than the footy field these days. In his other spare time Nick loves to travel and eat good food.
